^^ :surprise: your pics are awesome! It'll probably take me a while to get good pics like that. Did you do any post-processing or use any filters?

Buy one. The one I have was like $110 and it takes good pics although, the AutoFocus is quite loud.

edit: I'm looking to buy the 70-200 f/4 L USM lens if I manage to save some money. But, I wanna get used to the camera first before I make further investment into the camera/lenses

cud someone pls guide me if i need some aperatus for shooting pro like photos.???

You need lots of soft white light illuminating the area/room, and you can experiment with white background vs. dark background (white should be better IMO).

Hey Sufi,

For professional touch you need a SLR if possible or a camera with good sensor.

As said by piper u need soft light for which you can use one or two table lamps not the CFL but the proper bulbs.........

Put two sheets of butter paper or thin chart paper to create a soothing soft light effect on the jewellery keep the background black (behind the jewellery) if you want to highlight it or if you need soft then choose some soft colour for background make sure to keep your room dark to avoid stray light..........

Next keep the table lamp with sheets on right and left side of article, kindly avoid the jewellery box as it attracts lot of dust which you can see in your current pic, would be nice if you can use a plastic human like next structure to enhance your product look,

Now if you are using SLR use a 35 mm prime lens if you have as it allows lots of light, next play with Aperture and ISO on your camera to have nice soft look of your jewellery, be sure to have a sharp look of your item so that your pic can say it all and you don't have to describe it

Hope this helps!

Also if i have put some wrong points let the photography gurus correct me!
