Which

werewolf forest

are you talking about? The only forest I've explored so far is the Korcari Wilds and that was near the beginning of the game. I think you went to Brecilian Forest.

Anyway I finally got out of the

Sloth Demon nightmare and finished the Circle of Magi quest. Parts of it were really tough, especially since you have no party and healing items aren't allowed.

Now doing random jobs in Denerim. The game keeps getting bigger and better.

Now I actually prefer having Wynne in the party over Morrigan. Sorry Morrigan but that costume could only take you so far. And besides I've already made my choice -

Leilana

.

I just got all the LE exclusives. Now where do i get the rest of the dragon armor items and how do i get shale now that it is downloaded on the console?

Also where do i get the three other "LE only" items?

enable the dlc from menu and it should appear in ur inventory .In case of blood dragon armor you only get chest piece and rest of the pieces you have to buy from the vendor at party camp , but if you have less then 38 strength then dont bother buying rest of the parts.

Not that you had any choice you needed Lieliana for your OCD chest looting and the massive heals and buffs provided by Wynn make a hell lot of difference , you can easily breeze through bossfight if you have enough lyrium potions.

Okay is it just me or I am finding it kind of tough to play with the warrior. Died 3-4 times already. Just switched over to playing morrigan and all the enemies are a breeze

no you are not alone .. thing is mages need more micromanagement then warriors so if you just control warrior and leave your mage at the mercy of the tactics sytem then in a lot of encounters it may became very difficult to proceed. Whereas you can actually define all possible moves for warrior through tactics and use a mage with greater precision. For boss encounters I always control the mage .. and sometimes even pause and play it like a Turn based game.

I found out an interesting way to cast FF-enable AOE nukes without injuring team mates. I send my warrior dead center into whole mob , cast Taunt , then select morrigan cast force field on my warrior which immobilizes him ,but makes him immune to all damage and then cast tempest ( or any other aoe nuke you have ) and if you have virulent bomb to then cast it on a lowest health mob and kill it , it will clean up and remaining stragglers . Using this tactic I was able to finish of a mob of 8-9 enemies with minor damage to the tank.

^^ good tactic. Right now my party is Alistair (tank - he can take a LOT of damage and a mage killer), Morrigan (stops enemies in their tracks), Zevran (great fighting skills but I think he has to go now - zero lock picking skills are complete fail). My mage can dish out some serious damage with Fireball.

Entered Denerim last night and I think this game just pwned Mass Effect in terms of scope big time. This is a living breathing world with its own set of problems - the world does not revolve around the main quest (yet). That's the beauty of it.

The dialogues keep getting funnier - Alistair and Morrigan were fighting over attractiveness to the main character, and Zevran's innuendos are hilarious.

Yes the healing and buffs is what makes Wynne a worthwhile member to have in the party. Unfortunately my OCD chest looting doesn't go down too well in this game. My inventory gets full pretty quick and there is no way to drop items or dump them into empty containers, which is a royal pain. I just go on a gift giving spree to make up some room. It's better while doing quests in the hub areas but you're screwed once you're in a dungeon with no merchant in sight. I read somewhere that there's a way to destroy items (is there?)

@Madmage, playing as the warrior isn't so bad. The only times I ended up dying a lot was during the Circle Magi Tower main quest

inside the Fold, where I was on my own with no backup and no potions.

You get one of them (the grimour of frozen wastes) in your inventory immediately. The rest are for sale with the dwarf at your party camp.

For shale you gotta go to the village on the world map thats at the bottom left. The icon looks like a gold box with a man like statue in it.

That town is shale's quest. Mind you that is one incredibly tough quest. unless you have a healer or tons of health potions wait till you're atleast

lvl 8-9.

@Tyler.

What bullvoski said. once an item is in your junk pile you can destroy it permanently by pressing y/triangle. I'm kinda surprised you didn't find that out already.

its written clearly at the bottom right when you select an item in the junk pile.... Also... if you're having inventory problems make sure you buy backpack upgrades

from every merchant that sells em. they usually go for around 7 gold and increase your inventory by 10. So far i can carry 110 items.

Triangle / Y to move unwanted items to junk, then go to junk and press triangle / Y to destroy junk.

One of the DLCs gives you a stash I think.

Thanks!

Yeah it's the Warden's Keep DLC that gives you a stash.

Never went to the Junk screen  Navigating the screens is somewhat cumbersome in the console version (same with Borderlands). Yeah, yeah PC versions FTW! I'm getting them as soon as they're in stores.

And yeah I'll keep an eye out for the backpack upgrades. Thanks.

Yeah even I was in two minds about the 360 version but after looking at the CE I simply could not resist. Is Borderlands [PC] out yet?

BTW, I prefer the "red dragon" cover art of the standard version over the CE one.
