comparing BB gameplay to this is like comparing DOOM gameplay to your normal shooter game :P

I never compared them

I have not played any Souls game to make that comparison

I'm just giving an opinion as to why DS3 is not as popular as before

It's mostly coz of Bloodborne I guess

You're right.

I am planning to start with my first ds game. Now I have three options - ds2, ds3 and bb. Which one shall I start with. Every one talks about how hard this games are, I would like to start with the one which id a little forgiving than others. Also how the graphics if we compare ds3 with bb

DS3 is the easiest IMO. I found BB to be tough but thats mostly cause its more reflexes based combat like a hack and slash game. DS3 gives you a little more breathing room and isnt quite as intense. It also gives you more options to approach combat tactics wise rather than just pushing for aggression all the time.

DS2 can be tough in a few places but by and large its not really that bad. The GOTY version has some bitching hard bosses though.

DS2 (non SOTF) is the easiest, IMO. The enemies scale well which helps you ease into the game. There are almost always NPC summons available for bosses if you are dying like 20-30 times on some gimmicky boss (like the 3 sentinels :wallbash: )

But I personally also love these games for the lore and hidden story. It's so rich and enchanting to get lost in this world when you get to know a lot more about it's history and stuff. So, I'd suggest start with DS1. It will seem a little insurmountable in the start but take your time with it. It's ok to spend a ton of time in the start of the game getting the rhythm and feel of the combat and movement. Look up a few videos for early game if you are just hitting a wall. There is no shame in cheesing in DS, it's a part of the game. If you do not have any means of playing DS1 then do watch a playthrough of the game on YT like EpicNameBro's playthrough.

Phew! Was finally able to take down Pontiff after some 15 attempts. The guy's freakin relentless and whenever he conjured up his doppelganger I had a hard time dodging both of their strikes as I usually wound up rolling towards a wall.

Remastered? I highly doubt Dark Souls III will be remastered.

GOTY edition maybe next year.

I know...Remastered part i was just kidding...but yes waiting for GOTY edition.

I will never again buy Dark Souls games on first day as much as they deserve ...I always end up buying 2 even 3 times times same game because of main game ..then dlc...then goty edition with more bonus etc......it makes no sense.
