Dark Souls 3

The entire DLC felt like a fan service/lazy work. $15 and 1 boss. Another boss was optional and it was just a re-skinned wolf along with an NPC invader.

It did have Dark Souls feel, but the content was just too little to justify the price.

Its pretty good but light on content because for $25 you get 2 DLCs. Afaik Bloodborne only gave you one for $25.

But Bloodborne: The Old Hunters had a lot of content to justify the $25 price tag. 4 locations, 5 bosses, a lot of new items/weapons/armour, etc. Hours of fun. Ashes of Ariandel takes like 2-3 hours. Very underwhelming after you finish the main game.

I remember buying the Season Pass for 600 bucks even before the game was released lol. From Software is probably the only dev I'd trust when it comes to buying a Season Pass.

For all the crap the last DLC gets it honestly isn't bad at all. It's just not as good as AotA or The Old Hunters, I found it on par with the individual DLC episodes for Dark Souls II, except for maybe Sunken King which was better. Sure it's shorter than the other DLCs they've put out but the location is great and so are the new enemy types. The main boss fight is actually two fights in one. They could have actually split that fight into two separate fights and that would have bumped the "boss count". Instead they made a challenging multi-stage fight rather than multiple throwaway fights.

March 28 is a terrible date though, it's right in between Mass Effect Andromeda and Persona 5.
