Aftrunner
I'll always go with the opinion that - your first Souls game is always the hardest, so for me it's DeS. Objectively speaking though - Old Hunters, Defiled Chalice Dungeons and the DaS2 DLCs are the hardest Soulsborne content. DS2 DLC is f**king brutal in some places. But what makes DeS hard for me is the cost of failure. Bonfire's alleviate like 90% of the game's difficulty. So you can make the run to the boss room usually in like 30 seconds. Even though the bosses of DS2 are way more difficult retrying them isnt painful. DeS on the other hand, even with its shortcuts can be brutal when you die. Especially cause its easy to miss some of the shortcuts.
Tyler
Oh yeah some of DeS's run-to-the-boss-rooms were brutal!
Tyler
I suck at hack n slash games .... but i found BB to be much more accessible and easier than DS. Maybe because BB has the most rewarding health recovery and the fastest stamina among the rest. IMO, Nioh really beats the pants of BB when it comes to difficulty, the initial difficulty curve in that game is ridiculous .... you are vulnerable to almost anything , even a swipe from a lowly crawling yokai can stagger you and take away like 25% of your health Even at level 40, the red demon yokai can OHK me if I don't dodge his axe swings wtf Nioh has a reverse difficulty curve, it does start out hard but gets gradually easier and actually becomes a joke towards the end to the point where you'll beat most bosses in under a minute. The last few bosses become a blur and are consequently not as memorable as the early game ones. The Soulsborne games however are consistently challenging throughout. There are a few throwaway boss fights here and there but there's always something that will manage to surprise you. And yes, I found Bloodborne easier than most of the Souls games (and also a lot more fun to play). I also don't remember hitting a wall and getting stuck at any point in the game. WhiteWolf
Anyone tried DS3 DLC? I read Ringed city is by far the most challenging Dark Souls DLC ever. Tyler Old Hunter DLC was quite hard. Ludwig ne bahut rape kiya. I had to call Arpi for help against him. Died like 20 times or more against both Ludwig and Abhorrent beast in Chalice Dungeon lol

Tyler
Resident Evil revelations....Jill Valentine... When I played this game she was was wearing tactical gear. How is that the "default" character then? RE always has pervy bonus costumes though.

DeS was even better in terms of difficulty with its atmosphere. That cthullu like warden monster used to always give me the scares.
