Surving Locust abducted her coz they wanted new leader as their old Queen died in Gears 3 and now Reyna is true successor to the Locust crown.  Now whether Reyna is dead or alive I don't know, but if she is dead, then in Gears 5, Locust will come after Kait as she is daughter of Reyna, which makes her super important character in the series and she's JD's GF too. Lol Man can't wait for Gears 5.    Only thing which is not explained is that why Locust Queen looks like human and why they want another Human to rule them?  Origins story is still not explained in games    And Insane ridiculously hard this time.. My Son hopefuly will play them some day, and my grand son will see and laugh saying, dude do you know people used to have Discs in like past.. Gears 4 is good but it's criticised by critics for not doing anything new and keeping formula same as previous entries. Â So, what do you think they should change gameplay wise? Â Make it open world or semi open world? Add Rpg elements? Add Batman style meele combat? Add dialogue choices and branching storyline? Add stealth gameplay? Â Â I don't know what they can do to make it fresh without pissing off hardcore fans :/ Â Â Â Gears needs to change big time especially after seeing how different God of War look. Cory Barlog said in an interview that new God of War world design is inspired by Arkham and new TR games. It's a semi open world game but still linear in progression. Gears 4 is good precisely because it follows the formula which prev gears games followed. No need to add anything which will make it something gears is not. Just some subtle improvements here and there, nothing major and we'll be good to go. Gears4 was at 90 on Metacritic but some reviewers gave it f**king 5 and 6/10 and brought score down to 85 and they criticised it for not trying new things :/Â Â Even Halo is changed alot in gameplay. God of war gameplay looks promising, but we need to see how it will turn out as an entire game. Â If gears had not taken the locust is back route, we could have thought of something but now since the story line is established it will have to continue the same path. One change could be that give control of all players in single player campaign, example if I go down in SP campaign, AI won't revive me, i immediately get an option to choose one of the AI controlled player and then revive myself before bleeding out. Â You team mates were reviving you 90% of the time inless you were really far away. Even the enemy ai was exceptional with all the flanking maneuvers ,rodeo running with a shotgun,sticking you with granedes,kicking and pulling you from cover was all very nicely done.
