These games are part of a bundle which includes all past released paid DLC content plus lot of new extra content. In MCC, story content alone is over 30 hours long with 4 player co-op. Will UC1 will have new assets and redone cutscene? I hope difference between UC1 PS3 and PS4 version is night and day as UC1 is 8 year old now.. I expect atleast one game in UC collection to get Halo 2 Anniversary or Gears UE level of treatment.
