PhantomShade Posted August 26, 2015 Report Share Posted August 26, 2015 They should have done what ND is doing Port all three games with moderate to high re-rendering depending on the age of the game & add gears 3 MP Totally stressing on 1 game is very weird Though ND is equally stupid for not including MP or co-op in any form If UC4 is coming in march then it's ok & logical but otherwise pretty stupid B-b-b-b-but new models! high res textures! its a REMAKE you heard that !!!????? totally worth buying new Xbox One for imo... Gears fan can't get a better deal than this ... BERSERKER BOSS BATTLE Watch in HD.. DAT HAMMER OF DAWN SOUND Courtyard area looks completely different now Anyone who played first Gears can instantly tell the difference here. The pace and edge of the seat action is just phenomenal. But as for Berserker alone, the second encounter before Fenix Estate is better than this. Garden, you gotta clear the light shafts for HoD to come through, much more intense. Edit- Oh and the HoD sound is indeed great. Sounds like War of the Worlds or those Striders from Half-Life 2. The original sound still is pretty badass imo, given the HoD is nothing but a satellite based laser out of imulsion. The original sound send chills down the players spine upon impact. Lost Chapters Brumack Boss battle This entire battle was cut from original 360 version and was only available for PC gamers exclusively..lol RAAM battle New players will not enjoy Gears 1 now as there are some frustrating gameplay issues but old players will definitely like this new re-release i think.. Fans who liked original Gears will still play and enjoy GearsUE regardless of what critics score it.
