So I should focus more on main quest?

Get some good gear and increase your inventory capacity before going for high level missions.

If you want to check new locations and get rare items then Climb Tallnecks, kill corrupted machines in corrupted zones, explore Cauldrons, liberate bandit camps and complete few side quests as some take you to new locations that you will definitely miss if you ignore side quests.

Ambar

Main story is quite good and answers all questions about Aloy and all the machines around you in full detail. Story of ZD is far more interesting and intriguing than even Witcher 3 main story imo.

Side quests are great if you want to check out different hidden locations and if you complete them all, then you get a missable trophy :P. Don't expect Witcher 3 level of side quests here. Most of them are fetch quests only.

Keep playing and explore the world. Don't rush it. There's some good stuff that I don't want to spoil.

apna normal par he theek hai bhai. :P

heard that armor

makes you almost invincible.

Is that true?

Yes but if you take too much damage then it gets overheated and drops the shield for few seconds.

I am too at the same level, just defeated the corrupter and it was a pretty decent fight for me tbh, made me use all my health portions I saved it for trails lol! Maybe because of difficulty difference.

The corrupter was too aggressive constantly jumping at me and firing, the normal arrows does very low damage even to the weak spots and then I changed it to fire arrows, damn the thing was effective. The other NPC's there did almost no damage to the machine. Now I think the real game begins.

abey, dialogues par dhayan nahi deta kya? They clearly say that corruptors are weak against fire and also scanning gives you all the information.

For me world of ZD is far more interesting than any fantasy rpg with elves, orcs nd witches. ZD is something new and fresh that is different from your typical Skyrim and Witcher. Edited by WhiteWolf

some ancient armory quest.

You have to play main missions to get door cells to unlock the armor. Reach level 25 first and then complete GAIA Prime quest and only then you will get that Armor.

Important note - If you are going for Platinum then complete all side quests and Errands as one trophy is missable if you don't complete all side quests.

I scan all the enemies and even tag them for positions before going head to head against them bhai, It's a one shot kill on this difficulty but that time I didn't had concentration or any other combat useful perks. The corrupter was skipping my traps like fire balloons and jumping over my tripcasters. Was my first encounter with him and didn't even saw any videos. Won't be like that next time. B)

It's not like she kills them effortlessly. You have to put in a lot of effort to down those beasts.

For me, the game has been an absolute blast. Encountering any new enemy is always interesting.

The only place it falters is the side quests which are mostly filler. But then there are very few games which have well crafted side quests(TW3, BL2, RDR from the back of my head).

And, it more than makes up for it with it excellent mechanics which imo are exceptionally polished.

I enjoy this game a lot because I don't play it as a critic. I play it for fun and the world is really interesting and so are the enemies you face.

Every thread gets some people who like to bash games just for the sake of bashing.

Without the bow and arrow this game would've been just another TPS. I like the whole setting, is very different and the machines are designed very well, each with its own qualities and menacing in its own way. Just climbed on that tall one yesterday, it was fun lol :D

I only wish they had better mount and fast travel system. Also why does the mount run away as soon as you park it ?
