No. The 5k is for FF7 Remake Full Game (PS5 version) + Integrade DLC + Steelbook. It's written in the bottom right. If you have FF7 Remake on PS4, you will be able to purchase the PS5 version of Yuffie DLC for a minimal cost just as DLC while the PS5 upgrade itself will be free (so long as it's not the free PS+ version).

So, used ps4 disc and the upgrade seems to be the best option

SE is trying to milk every bit of the ff7 lore.

Isnt it common for games to get such editions with all the dlcs?

Atleast this game did good...think about SoTR getting such treatment :)

Actually this is just the part 1 of the entire game. No idea when they'll announce the final part. This is a minor dlc

Easily. You get the upgrade itself free, and just need to buy the new story content via DLC purchase.

Looks like the official digital price is the same

They are not overcharging at all if the dlc itself is for $20, considering the base PS4 game costs 3-3.5k. however the dlc is not a major one and ideally they should have given it for free/with a code (inside the PS4 version). Even major doom eternal dlcs were free.

No, the 2 DLCs are not free in the base edition. You have to buy the Deluxe edition of the game or get the Season Pass for them.

As for Gamepass; maybe they will be included later.

I was. But no Steelbook :nerves:

Novelty factor. You will get bored and forget about it within a week. I used to be excited about such premium editions but eventually sold them off rather than collecting dust or hoarding it somewhere.
