Another weird game with no indication of any save system whatsoever why do jap game devs design games like this ? Ne0 Posted March 22, 2021 Report Share Posted March 22, 2021 saw the prompt initially saying 'the game doesn't auto save', I went ahead with the game until the portion where 2B is stuck with all those machines in the big room (this is after the buzzsaw enemy), on level 3. Ne0 Posted March 22, 2021 Report Share Posted March 22, 2021 (edited) will try for some more time and move on to star wars from EA, if it doesn't click for me .... games on gamepass has this thing that you want to try it out since you're on a subscription and not paying for it directly, so keep installing whether you're gonna stick to it or not :-/ there's still gears 5, injustice 2, control, cricket 19 installed from gamepass (not even counting the games bought from egs and steam) ! Glad that I waited this long and played the better 'Become as Gods' Edition on Game Pass PC. Game runs uber smooth at 60 fps. I completed 96% endings Spoiler 25/26 endings, only skipped 'Y' ending because it will take a lot more time. I'd rather complete some other game by that time because I got the important endings. For gameplay, it seems the gameplay is being tweaked to play like Automata, so it's still either new or the same as Automata. For setting, yes, it's the "Old One" because it's literally the first game and Nier Automata is the sequel to this game (Though Automata takes place 100s of years after this game, and you will not find many character references of Replicant in Automata). New info coming in that Platinum Games has been involved with Nier Replicant Gameplay (The very same team that did Automata) + story has new additions that further link Replicant and Automata, along with adding to the old story as well. Running and shooting around feels so damn smooth. The only negative is that it's hard to take 2B seriously with that design. She literally runs around in a mini-skirt in high heels. I loled when I saw her running in the desert. You can literally see her white pantsu(I obviously tried that).
