Market, Bangalore, there are a lot of electronic shops and you should be able to get 240-110 step down converter. From my experience the converter that you get for Rs 150 - 200 does not work and I had my Wii adapter burnt. You will have to go for the converter that will cost you not less that 1500 to 2000 rupees. I suggest that you order a Universal Wii adapter from Play Asia instead of going thru all these pain. samking Posted October 4, 2008 Report Share Posted October 4, 2008 I bought a 200 buck voltage convertor with AX written on it. Have been using it for a few weeks, seems to work ok. I've been monitoring the heat levels on it, the wii adaptor and the console and they all seem to be normal. I also shut of the plug switch when I'm not using it. VJ, I want to know how long it took to bust the adapter? Was it long hours of play or just regular use or it got busted the first time...? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
