Does it stop hackers - Nope Does it stop exploits - Nope Did it stop piracy - Nope Does it make the process simpler - Nope Is it efficient - Nope Lol... the benefits I was talking about was the ability to do the below without launching the game : Stats review Manage loadout See if any of your friends are in a game Invite friends to servers with simple drag and drop And the small things like joining a queue but not having to spend the waiting time in an in-game loading screen - instead you can carry on doing anything on your PC and it will launch the game when ready. That thing should be implemented properly in-game menus. You can use ORIGIN to see whether your friends are in-game or no. =/ I mean what is the point of opening two different applications to get the same information. Also, unlike STEAM since all the EA games launch on their own ORIGIN digital store, detailed information should be shared within the same. I do not see how inviting friends through an in-game overlay or directly via client is a bad thing that drag-drop is super friendly. You can do the queue and auto-join from STEAM as well on all Source titles as far as I know. You even get the latest PING update without having to spam the refresh key. Battlefield™ 1 is coming later this year, and we're celebrating by keeping the action going in Battlefield 4 and Battlefield Hardline. Not so much for BFH, that game isnt gonna get revived. Free DLC or not. Make the whole game free for the Origin Monthly thing or throw it in a Humble Bundle.
