Not all launch tittles sell million in 1 month Game is good and received positive scores that's why people like it. You yourself enjoyed the game. DR1 sold over 2m on 360 DR2 sold - around 3m and it was multiplatform. DR2 case zero sold 1.2m DR 3 - 1.7m Total franchise sale is over 7m which includes DLCs nd also that Wii port. Over 7m sales prove that some people do care about Dead Rising games. It's pretty stupid of him to say that nobody will care about it on PC or Xbox at launch. And unlike Knack, DR3 received positive reviews from critics and fans. It's not below 60 Metacritic game like Knack. All Dead Rising games consistently sold over million. Even DLC sold over million. So people buy DR even when it's not a launch tittle. Ms funded 3 Dead Rising games coz they know DR is popular on Xbox. MS will never fund a game if it's not commercially successful for them. Total franchise sale is over 7million Zyaada apney aap ko expert bana kar mere samney coz you dunno sh*t. Sales of 1 million is not at all good. Launch titles are always some of the higher selling titles on the console. Look at killzone shadowfall, it sold about 4 million copies. That is close to how much halo 5 sold. A new one is not going to sell that much. Resistance 1 sold about 5 million copies at ps3 launch. The other games in the series didn't even sell half of that. Also, i was just using for oen language. Obviously, people will buy the game and obviously this game will be moderarely successful. I was just telling ypu how irritating it is to use words like "nobody would do this", "nobody will care" etc. Stop using this language for things you think will happen. Why are you using vgchartz? You do know that they don't include digital sales,right? A month after killzone released, developers stated themselves that the game has sold more than 2.5 million copies. That was just a month after release. Just go and check that yourself. With various price cuts over the years, it must have sold about 1 million more,at least. Same goes for resistance 1. Vgchartz isn't 100% accurate. Even if they are saying its 4.5 million, that still proves my point. Its not like dead rising sold 1.7m in its release week. With launch titles sales, i meant over a period of time. 4.5-5 for the first game is way more than what any of the other resistance titles sold (despite being better). Just go and check out his tweet. It is pretty obvious thst it would have sold over 1 million copies after that, atleast. Even if we use your own 'source' vgchartz. It says 2.7 million and thst is without digital sales. According to EA, digital sales account for about 25-30% total sales of a AAA game. We don't know for certain how much digital sales are for shadowfall. But even if we take the lowest estimate, 25%, the sales sre still 3.4 million. Don't fixate on the numbers.
