Heck, even the Splatoon one is fake since they are not manufactured anymore. I also bought one a couple of years ago (Smash), and it turned out to be fake. Heard they are now adept enough to copy vibration motors, all thanks to the booming market of blowdolls and vibrating kelas in china. You'll the message "Thx2 allgamefans" I have Splatoon 2 one and its written there. Other than that, check if controller can wake up Switch from sleep by pressing home button. Play 1-2 Switch and see if you can count the ice cubes with vibration 2. NFC with Amiibo 3. Wake up from sleep 4. The led lightup sequence at the bottom works exactly as the original. Wakeup from sleep, rumble everything spot on. Preferably an absolute top view (90 degrees) in good light? I want to see if the paint/art is jagged as it shows in your picture or it's just your camera lens.
