Star Lord
Lol Cap was right by not signing it bruh. Why would you wanna let the government decide what you should do?Where's the freedom in that. Moreover, how can you be forever sure that whatever the government would ask you to do be 100% the right thing to do?Why would you always wanna trust the govt. blindly?General Ross could have even used them like govt's puppets Team Cap forever

It would still be stuck in politics and bureaucracy. Imagine standing by to get approval to help dying people while 193 countries debate about where you should go next. Everyone of those countries wants you to help them with their problems at the expense of the other 192 countries. Why should they go to Pakistan to help? India needs it more. Or China. Or UK. Like that Alien attack. Wait while 200 countries vote to send help? And half the countries would just tell them NY is a lost cause, send them to London to stop the aliens before they arrive there. It would be a total mess. I would trust the Captain over them all.
Star Lord
By the time their debates and discussions get over.. the terrorists would have already successfully completed their attacks on a country No doubt it would still be stuck in politics. Aftrunner
Thing is, I think Stark is wrong but I do understand his argument. Superheroes probably do need to be put in check. But probably not like that. Anyway, thats why its such a good film. They actually have a legit reason to fight, both of them are right in their own way. Unlike Batman Vs Supermartha. Big Boss
They had a legit reason to fight till interval, but after that it became Your best friend killed my parents years ago, IMMA KILL YOU AND BEST FRIEND *even though I know he was mind controlled And Zemo somehow had this all planned. This is when movie became a good superhero movie from a great superhero movie
harsh1387
Stark was completely justified losing his mind wanting to kill him. Anyone with any emotion will want to kill d person who killed his parents, who cares abt mind control at dat moment. I would trust the Captain over them all. They would work just how UN Peace keeping forces work....and now you mention infact it is even more dangerous f they are not brought under law....because some of them are from different countries ...so say now if 10 countries are attack...koi bolega...I am American super hero so i will save america....some coming from Russia will go to save Russia...and so on....this will even break Avengers more and giving more power to terrorist. By the time their debates and discussions get over.. the terrorists would have already successfully completed their attacks on a country No doubt it would still be stuck in politics. Star Lord
I think Iron Man's breaking point was the moment he came to know that Cap knew that all this time and didn't tell him. Stark was so beyond himself by then he didn't even hear Cap saying he didn't know that who killed them and the reason he didn't tell him was to save him from the pain. VelivolusDas
Just saw BvS: Dawn of Justice UE. So good! They should've just kept the movie like this and released it in theatres despite the 3-hr timeframe. People would've liked it more,I'm sure. They almost had a truce until Zemo showed that footage Sent from my XT1562 using Tapatalk So basically Iron man seeing his parents' video justifies him going nuclear on cap but when batman experiences the same thing during superman fighting zod(millions being killed by god like creatures),people make fun of his reasons to fight superman. Lol Stark's parents were killed under mind control so his reaction was as justified as batman's reasons to fight superman. Saying otherwise is definitely biased IMO Not that I'm implying B vs S is better than Civil war. Civil war is perhaps the most enjoyable superhero movie I've seen since the dark knight, but the reasons for the fight are either equally stupid,or equally justified. Star Lord
@^ Well said I don't think any sane person would be silent after what Tony got to see in that footage. His parents were murdered brutally. Also, what angered him the most was Cap knew it already and didn't tell him.He felt betrayed.
