Don't worry about bonding with your horse, happens naturally and frankly quite early in the game. The trophy 'Trusty Steed' will unlock when you do so. and yes, just get the gold bars early, sell em to the fence for money, and then buy some good weapons bro, will make it a breeze. I am roughly 8-10 hours in and the game feels way too complex and a chore to play. As someone who really enjoyed the first game this is way too different. The animation are extremely slow, even simple stuff like drawing weapon is so damn slow. Movement is clunky & slow. Arthur moves like 107 year old man. If I jump from the horse i need to go to inventory to equip my weapons. My selected weapons do not stick. RDR 1 so goddam fun this is not so far. I am hoping it gets better.Does it get better? It looked like all the life in the game was drained out and I could no longer distinguish between the different hues. What in the hell R* ?
