I play on monitor( base PS4 from 2015 right next to it ) and the fan revs up with God of War for whatever reason, it can be heard but not so much as to distract or be an annoyance, it doesn't happen with Spodeyman, UC4/UC:LL, HZD, so i guess it's specific to the game.
