Even difficulty have options like how enemies react towards you, make stealtheasier or difficult, resources availability in the world. I think that's pretty neat. ND has varied the controls, now reloading with R2, Dodging with L1, you can jump now (lol). I really like enemies blood splatters feels real and natural. Also some other great additions to small details like controlled protagonist reacts to the environment in an instant, NPCs are not as dumb as they were before, facial expressions.
