To be honest this game was released just 4 months before PS5 launch. Quite weird & foolish that it took them so long. But I’m guessing the performance mode won’t be much of an upgrade over 60fps patch version. The game looked just outright gorgeous with it anyway. Maybe they wanted to finish these extra levels & rogue mode before releasing & suddenly were asked to shift focus on TLOUP1 Remake to align with the HBO Show. Which was a sensible move to be honest. Also I hope they are making TLOU3 at priority now instead of a new project. Just release it first along with whatever you have come up in the multiplayer front & be done with this franchise before releasing something new…..that’s what I feel. Yeah, this PS5 version has been a fan request ever since PS5 came out. It should’ve been out along with PS5. Also, the game that ND is currently working on is rumoured to be a new IP, as the main people of TLOU are busy with HBO. So I have no hopes for TLOU3, at least in the current gen.
