Is the Playstation Network (ps3) down?

M unable to log in my psn account. This has been happening since the last 2 days now.

Error code 80710D23.

 

The ps is connected by wifi and till now everything was perfect.. All of a sudden this error.. Don't have clue what it pertains to.

 

Tried Googling.. No solution

One was to turn off media server connection.. Disabled that too.. Still no use

 

I think the psn is down as i use the wifi for other things and it works quite well.

 

Pls help fellas
