Will i get the pre-order bonuses if i order it today?

No.

you won’t get any pre-order bonus from psn.

you might get pre-order bonus codes if you buy it locally but it depends upon the availability.

the game is already out of stock from Amazon India and FK. New stock will be coming by the end of month.

Legit goosebumps there :panic:

Game looks damm my god so good :O

Combat is so so good. Sound is brilliant.

Comimg from tlou2, animations seems so off.

Reached a mountain safe point kindof...already did what they suggested there like follow the fox and use hot springs :P

That Yuna girl looks fishy to me :naughty:

Had to feedle so many settings on my TV to get this look right.

Photo mode is simply amazing :majesty:

SP nailed combat. I am stopping in between everytime for them random encounters. Crunchy glorious. Got thrown away by a Bear :P

I found first camp, dont have enough currency to buy anything yet despite selling all my stuff. Any pointers where to go next?

Absolutely love the minimal HUD.

Water in this game is terrible

clearly looked like a 2D animation water. Haven’t seen aqua color water in ages. Looked really bad. Felt like playing on potato PC with everything set to low.

I wish this game was released after any Ubisoft games. Then this game would feel a lot better. Playing this game right after TLOU2 and comparing this game with it isn’t fair. :P

I am in love with this game despite its many many flaws. The music, combat and aesthetics are so good. AI is weak but nothing that breaks immersion so far atleast for me. Got stuck in a quest due to a bug so do save a lot. Haiku sh*t is ridiculous but inari shrines are a nice touch.

Good thing I haven't played LOU2 or RDR2 yet so I can enjoy this without any comparisons distracting me

Turn on aim assist in Accessibility options. Makes it way easier and enjoyable to use the bow. Bow and arrow suck on controller!

I did this but it aims at the center of the body which irritates me somehow :p I don't use much arrows unless the game forces you to.

could it be because this is hot springs water and not normal water ? :scratchchin:

Yup i think same as well. I am not far into the game but it looks alright to me up till now. Pretty much like tlou2 water.

The color is not an issue, it's spring water and different from normal water in the game. It's the interaction of water with the player. Some water bodies react fine but here there is minimal interaction. It's mixed bag.

Yup, really feels like it's because it's a hot spring + the video compression is absolutely horrible (looks like a 240p ultra low water). I played it and found some a lake, and it was absolutely beautiful. They really nailed it - greenish at the entrance/shore due to moss + stones and getting progressively bluer/more clean as you look towards the center. This video, in comparison to it though, looks like the uploader cherry picked 1 random location, uploaded the video in a horrible quality (PS Share already compresses vids + Youtube compresses it even more) and is claiming water bodies are bad.

I'm really loving the game, from what I've played so far. Graphics, Music, OST and Combat are absolute top-notch. The graphics especially would not look out of place in a movie, and in cinematics it might as well be a movie. Music is absolutely amazing and the background track is relaxing. And the combat is absolutely fun, from what I've played (Have not unlocked stances yet). You have a combination of Sekiro + AC + Hitman here. Like Hitman, you seem to be able to trap and turn the odds in your favor. For example, in one fort I disturbed hornets nest and led the bees to the fort to soften up the enemies there. Samurai combat is an easier version of Sekiro, with one huge disadvantage of no lock-on. And the only stealth I've played till now was straight up assassination, which would not be out of place in AC, but I've not yet explored Stealth more yet.

In some ways, I'm actually liking this more than RDR2, because this game is fun and not tedious. Horse Riding in RDR2 was a chore. Here it's absolutely fun. Go at high speeds and no worries about touching the smallest things. Coupled with the wind blowing past the absolutely amazing forests, rivers, waterfalls and rice fields, this game is begging to be explored. No need to worry about horse touching the smallest of things/feeding it etc. Frankly Rockstar went too overboard with realism in RDR2 which made it a chore for me.

Story, I'm not in a position to comment yet, because I'm still at the start of the game (Just finished Ishikawa Sensei's quest for those who are playing), but I like the story till what I've played. Will have to play more to form an opinion.

BTW anyone with physical edition got pre-order bonus? I got the Standard Edition Physical, but it came with no codes for the pre-order bonuses.

Dude I am the uploader. And it looks like that. It's a native 1080p video from my PS4 pro, uploaded to YouTube.

And the color is not the issue, lack of interaction is. Even digital foundry said that water in this game isn't good.

The fov especially when sprinting on the horse is too narrow. They should pull the camera back or atleast give an option.

The camera is the biggest enemy during combat, as there is no lock on. Many times trees or even walls come in the view while fighting.

Dont think they said that. They said its uneven at some places but nothing major.

I'm Really Sorry!! I didn't mean to offend. But it's just that I did see other water bodies, and they looked nothing like the video you posted. They actually looked amazing, unlike what's shown in that vid. As far as swimming goes, I've not tried it yet. Till now I've just ridden over the water bodies on the horse. Will try swimming later and see how it is.

@adity The game is set in the 1200s (1274 - First Mongol Invasion of Japan). Japan did not use Sword Wielding Samurai during WW1 time (Early 1900s)

Try taking your horse near a water body of ankle depth and it goes crazy. It just doesn't go forward, keeps running in place or jumps like a kangaroo. It's hilarious.
