  • The most common question is always length depends on difficulty and exploration
  • Just the story missions maybe 8-10 hours
  • Full exploration maybe 15-20
  • It's not a crazy Assassin's Creed map with a billion icons

3 of the matches, we were 1 player short from the start. Pretty bullshit imo. Game should just can the match if it's handicapped from the start. 

 

The game takes this into account. The penalty to your rank is minimal when you're some people short. It's also true for when you match up against a handicapped team -- your rank up is minimal.

To keep it simple I guess? If a player quits any time after the "server connected" message, the game regardless starts since the server has already been allocated. I mean, a player can even quit when the score is 0-0.

I think it's in real time for now. It's not as fair as match time so to balance it out, they've increased the expiry time. 343 mentioned they'll change the system to reflect match time in the near future.

It shows 30 mins but it lasts 1 hr. I guess the time is tied to the progression in way that they can't change it immediately.

There is Dash in MP. And dash is inspired by Halo 5. It used to be a core ability but is a pick-up now.

Campaign apparently has unlimited uses of dash and grapple.

 

Movement in Halo 5 was super fluid but I never used dash much.

 

Infinite being much more open means these new abilities would be far more usable.
