I doubt they'd go after him, they'd only be validating his claims then. Besides, half of what is he says is positive, rest can be fixed or optimized before launch, there's still time.

Only concern imo should be if the new engine is truly crap, but I think most people aren't expecting it to exceed HFW in graphical fidelity. And ofcourse, the bethesda bugs, if those are minimal they'd already have a winner, they already have hype on their side.

Bethesda can and he can't do anything if they go after him. Further reveal (even the information of bethesda going after him) will fudge up his career more.

for 15mins of fame, nobody would do that. Company lawyers can mess him up.

Biggest game for MS this. . Biggest GP game since GP`s existence. If this clicks, GP will change the course of gaming forever. This has potential to be THE game ever surpassing even Elden Ring.

They will be ripped to shreds if its buggy. Hype if works the wrong way can be damaging for a lifetime.

Delay it as much but don't release a mess for sure.

You talking about bugs?

Bugs has a different meaning in BGS games.

I have Skyrim installed, latest one. A ton of wierd things happen. Various objects/NPCs clipping, floating etc is commonplace.

Fallout 4 though is much more stable but you never know. Still wouldn't call it 100%.

point being? bugs are fine now?

If yes,

Cyberpunk was unfinished at launch. They hadn't completed the game 100%.

Bugs can be quashed 1-2 months after release. If you take 1.5 yrs to fix bugs, well they aren't bugs.

You can play Cyberpunk today it will feel less buggy than Skyrim. That's the character of Creation engine. What one would consider as bugs in other games is how the engine normally/correctly works.

Any studio should fear what happened to Cyberpunk and dare not release a game like that.

Total credibility loss for CDPR.

Going back to witcher wont salvage that.

Except this is expected behavior from Bugthesda now, and it has been since before Spender purchased Todd & Co.
