Didn't like the second phase at all,

Many one shoting attacks.

 

NPCs can be relied on alone though for the second phase.

Very hard because of the poison and the poor damage I'm doing now - 120 damage per regular hit.

Mimic was instantly getting poisoned.

 

Need to change my weapon, suggest good strength weapons.

Strength is at 28-30 as of now.

You should choose one from what you already have. Moon Greatsword that Ranni gives you is good.

 

Will allow you to make strength + magic character.

Im looking at :

 

starcourge or greatsword.

Until then might switch to

Great epee impaling thrust looks solid or

Great stars health regain is also cool.

 

Will need to boost endurance as well for these two.

Also, patched the game finally.

 

Changes are huge.

Rykard i wasn't getting close to beating but with patch first try with only one elixir used.

Mimic is now more useful.

The materials needed for upgrading are less and runes drops are way more.

I thought he was supposed to be a main boss, died within 2 minutes.

31 hours in (5-6 hours alone taken for godrick and twin gargoyles)

Halfway.

 

Some bosses will get too hard if you rush it though.

Margott king also done.

 

Halberds are overpowered actually, suprised not much talked about.

Great range, fast, light, stun locks most enemies,decent guard and spinning slash also works.

Only if i had leveled Dex instead of strength.

Just my plus 11 halberd has reached so far, should easily be upgraded to plus 24 at this stage of the game.

 

 

I just want to try the big greatsword, looks cool, otherwise i would have continued with the halberd.

Great stars is cool.

Using this.

Secret areas keep opening up now that it is too much.

The royal capital area was amazing but mountain area is trash, fire giant health was so huge, done though.

 

And am now bored funding stones for level 20 weapon.

Are there regular helpful summon signs, will need to buy ps plus.

Coop is still active on ps. Takes a minute or two to get summoned though. 

The summoning pools work faster than summon signs.

 

And, most of them are playing with proper builds these days. Coop will make fights a bit easy

Learn to evade waterfowl dance and scarlet aonia. Summon black knife tiche.

Black knife tiche or mimic ??

 

Also, elden ring wiki mentions another Ash which should be used.

I'm finding it harder to evade the multiple clones that swing at you.

Tiche is good at evading. It will last for whole fight. Without letting her attack that will heal her.

 

It doesn't do much damage so will act as a distraction while you deal damage. Mimic will do ton of damage but will die in first phase likely and will fill her health bar.

Drink potion. This attack is dodgeable without dying.

Dammnnn, f**k.

Beat her.

Very rng based fight, so lucky she didn't do that clone moves in the second phase.

Waterfall dance i see that panic roll also works.

 

Frostbite plus bleed plus poise plus wild strikes, insane combo plus damage.

Everyone talks about bleed plus fire but frostbite is the real deal.

 

Mimic and i did 12k damage in one combo.
