Aftrunner
since i have a ps3 and dont play pc games much, i dont think its a big issue.....and what about windows 7?? is it coming anytime soon?? thanks for the help bro Forget windows 7, Vista is very stable and easy on the resources now after SP1. Is there any particular reason you might want a Mac? Aside from curiosity? If you just wanna work your fingers on a non Windows OS any decent Linux distro is worth looking into. You can dual boot Windows Vista/XP with that. And any half decent Linux distro will offer most of the functions a Mac will. And trust me PC gaming is worth getting into, esp if you have a PS3. Ne0
I've decided to move my gaming setup to a separate room due to constant collisions with prime time TV schedule. I can't invest in one more LCD TV and a HTS, so instead I've decided to go for a monitor and a multimedia speaker set instead. I will need to connect the X360 , PS3 (when I buy it), and my old PC to the monitor and the MM speakers. So, can some of you good folks, recommend me: 1. A good full HD monitor 2. Speaker system (not necessarily surround sound) Edited January 23, 2009 by ..Ne0..

Dienekes
For monitor, try the Benq one. Many people around GI have bought it and have appreciated the product.

I'm planning to exchange my 19" TFT Monitor and buy the 22" TFT with the extra cash difference. I'll look at BENQ as suggested - at 13k, its really tempting. But , one q is, how to connect PS3/X360 to the speakers ? Does any 2.1 MM speakers below 5-6k come with optical inputs ?
