Iceman™
Btw,a query people, I sold Fifa Football for Rs 950/- Now,the buyer says that he deposited Rs 950 in my account and the bank deducted some transaction fees and in the end,i got Rs780/-. Hes like its not his fault the bank deducted the amount..and i think obviously its not mine coz i am the one receiving the money.. Should he pay Rs200 more to me or not? You should have said the buyer regarding bank deposit charges earlier

Ph3N0M
Does anyone know how much a chair with a desk(the kind of which is used in colleges most commonly) will cost? Will I be able to fix a Driving Force GT onto that desk? (I'm not talking about the below pictured chair. I've only attached the picture to give an idea about what I mean by a chair with a desk.) Thanks. But I thought I would get chairs with "gadda"(don't know what it's called in English) at 3.5k. There were some very sturdy chairs with "gadda" at my previous college, whose desks could be made hidden below one of the arm-rests, when not in use. Ph3N0M
Yeah gadda kya hai ? Are you asking what it's called in English, or are you asking for its meaning? LOL.
Ph3N0M
I think it's called a cushioned chair. Still can't figure out the term for standalone "gadda", though.
Ph3N0M
Thanks. But I thought I would get chairs with "gadda"(don't know what it's called in English) at 3.5k. There were some very sturdy chairs with "gadda" at my previous college, whose desks could be made hidden below one of the arm-rests, when not in use. They had something like this in our previous college, albeit of a better quality: This guy is selling it in Ahmedabad for 1300 bucks, and is saying he got it for 1800 bucks. So, those 3.5k chairs posted above are most probably rip-offs. BTW, does it look like the desk on this chair can handle a DFGT? The Wolfy among us
Yup it can. DFGT has hardly any weight. but one fear i have is when you suddenly take a sharp turn to the right, wont the desk get pulled up ?
Ph3N0M
BTW the chair that we had in our college had support for the desk on both sides(unlike the one in the above picture), and that is what I'm looking for, as I think it can handle a DFGT, only if supported on both sides. Then, I should look for a chair with some sort of a lock mechanism for the desk.
The Wolfy among us
Yes it has to be supported on both ends. A simpler option, which you must've considered is mounting the DFGT on a normal table. Why arent you going ahead with that?

Why arent you going ahead with that? Space constraints(staying in a college hostel). I bought my DFGT earlier this year. It is still sealed at home, and now that I want to use it, I realise I need something like this, or a small stool type thingy for the wheel. If I can't get hold of something like that, I may even sell the wheel on TP in sealed condition.
