Its the case in bangalore but i think change like this should happen across india... SO you can either save 250 bucks or get a real fast connection... If its true then thats awesome... Thanks Hi Firewolf either you can go with the gaming rig i sorted out on top i think it is 64K around 4k over your budget. but you can maybe remove the Screen to such a high resolution and go for normal screen which will decrease the price by 3k i think. Alternatively HDD can be scaled down to 160 from 250Gb or video card can be the 128 Mb one(not recommended though) I think your best bet will be to scale down the hard drive and get the above config.
