When I try to launch it through epic launcher, UBI connect opens up and asks for activation code. Uplay was already installed on my system. After the purchase, I clicked the game and it automatically logged into my uplay with the error for activation code. Moreover, I can see the game in uplay account but it says "This game is not available in your current uplay+ subscription". The funny part is that i have never subscribed to uplay+. Finally, they asked for proof of purchase and did something at their end.
