I had the audacity to mod it, so that i could back up my expensive games.Now it has RROD'd on me. Now i cant call microsoft for repairs. My question is 1. Will Microsoft repair my console if I pay some money? 2. When are the falcons gonna hit india?. In chennai(where i live) it is still the old units. Secondly, by the time we even get the Falcon (if we get it at all), more reliable chips would be out or are already out (such as Jasper). Down the line the Opus and Valhalla chips would make Falcons seem like the original Xenon chips in terms of reliability. Oh and did i forget to mention that MS makes it a habit to kill its consoles (like their other products) 5 years after launch (was the case with the Xbox1, might be the case on the 360 as well)? its not abt being kiddo i know abt jasper but i was just replying to him on what info i got from Croma, i have also emailed quiet a few sites they have told the same abt india. U tell me a place where i can get jasper i will go buy it. well i know MS strategy i have worked for em in various companies, things are same with windows too! The point is MS is working on forward compatibility, 360 games would work on new consoles and they would even upscale the quality of present games, they already announced that a new console would come in 2010 at the time of 360 but who cares, don't ppl still buy PS2? If u want to game in, u pick a Core or a sh*t Premium and keep getting replacement from M$.
