Especially since it will be forgotten again once hype of Ragnarok dies down and there is no news for some time. The "Greatest Game Ever" I would say would be Chess (Since the time of the Ancient Kings, still going strong in 2021). If it has to be a video game, then Tetris/Mario/Pac-Man/Parrot (They are the foundations of all other games). If it has to be a major orchestral Grand Adventure RPG - Then Chrono Trigger, which was a collaboration dream project of almost all major industry devs put together (Still one of the best and most innovative stories IMO - it's the only RPG where you can go from Dinosaur/Cave Man Time all the way to Mass Effect time with all in-between time periods included). 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Geo, a well-known Japanese retailer chain, stopped selling Xbox consoles in its stores. The fault, apparently, would be Game Pass, since it is no longer necessary to own an Xbox to play the house titles, which would be a major disincentive to purchase. But, the software sales on Xbox.....wait for it.....is about 1.7k total They make tiny amount of money on consoles, all their profit is on retail software cut. Why would anyone get into it knowing about back door entry & at times being literally getting extended for free. M$ isn’t doing business right now…..it’s eying some sort of market penetration. Kinda like Jio did in India,but since there aren’t many AAA gamers in the world they haven’t outright opened free entry & could be a hit or miss. You have said this before & I have said this again The social reach of today isn’t that of the PS360 or even PS4 era. This thing is all over Twitter,FB,Insta,Whatsapp. The ppl who are actually aloof are the ones who play nothing but FIFA,COD,Pubg,Fortnite,GTAO all year long & do that on PS. Not to mention that one has been out there for almost 3 years while the other just got announced & will be far short lived. The sub is still VFM if you're like a gora( it is what $10 a month for them there? ) Even excluding the 36 months GP trick. I'm sure but in this country anyone buying an xbawks is doing it only because of the 36 months GP trick. We easily have 10 guys on this forum buying series X ( and sadly even Series S ) for XBL Gold to XGP conversion. Also you're right, this is some market capture stunt. Not really,the $10 a month subscription doesn’t let you play games online….even the one’s that are given with it. So you have to have the $15 sub as most of the AA & AAA given are online heavy games. All the hardware industry experts have made it clear that it doesn’t make sense with the limited 180-200m core gaming audience that have traditionally bought hardware & hasn’t really seen any substantial growth since PS2 era It’s pretty much clear that they are eyeing the proposed expanding business with cloud streaming.
