Gamepass is offering too much and could be unsustainable if they are unable to get Acti-Blizz and reach a much broader audience. With that said, I find it hilarious that writer wants these big companies to extract as much revenue from a small userbase as possible. MS is big company and they think that way. All innovation they have done in gaming has helped industry grow tremendously. Unlike Sony, Nintendo that lost to mobile in their home market

PC/ Console gaming will never loose to mobile under MS watch. Thats an actual concern. Nobody cares if Sony / Nintendo sell more consoles than MS, except fanboys. It's a given, under the circumstances.

They are in a transition phase to a game servicing company which is pretty evident with their investments in cloud/studios. They are doing that because they have realised long back that they can't compete with Sony or Nintendo when its purely about games. It's a pity actually because MS has one of the best infras out there but in the gaming industry ultimately everything is about games.
RV1709
I would say asking for performance review files of employees does count as harassment

It would be a farce to charge $70 for a DLC. even if physical is offered, it is still a farce considering how mediocre is the campaign in MW II. Probably more convert operations. Sledgehammer made vanguard which came in 2021. I think it’s gonna be a broken half baked game considering they probably had less than 2 years

CarbonCore
So declining in both US and UK. The only consoles that started declining after just 2 years in the market were WiiU, Vita and the Dreamcast

Series consoles have big ones coming. No other systems have anything comparable to STARFIELD.....

If VR2 sold as much as WiiU and Vita it would've already sold 2-3x as much as VR1 and would be considered as success. Btw the Xbox number is 20k in UK. We just sold 19k PS5s in India. That's how big of a bomba the Xbox is

Man that gif is so appropriate with what Xbox fans would say "Overall, 125,000 consoles were sold (GfK panel data, not upweighted). PS5 was the leader, with sales up a whopping 98% over January last year" PS5 about 60k (2x last Jan 22) Switch about 40-45k (lower that Jan 22) Xbox about 20k (remaining consoles) Last week was abnormal in Japan because people rushed in to buy XSS before the price jump this week. Watch it really cater to abysmal level, like sub 1000 next week
