If court grants emergency stay then deal is over unless MS and ABK negotiate and extends the deadline by a week or something. Bethesda has always had an excellent relationship to MS - even before merger and ES was actually best performing on Xbox (after PC of course). Deathloop and Ghostwire may have been timed exclusive - but they were also new, no name IPs - with much less hopes on them. Starfield was set to be ES in space - developed by main BGS studios (their 1st SP game after Fallout 4) and ES was of course ES. EVeryone would have expected them to be multi-platform. I think All games with online multiplayer will come to PS and single player only games from Bethesda and Activision (if deal goes through) will remain exclusive to Xbox ecosystem. Oh regarding Starfield, i think what @gamer_adi meant that before Bethesda acquisition, Sony was in talks with Bethesda to make Starfield exclusive to PS5 for few years(timed exclusive).
