You left out steam Also Bethesda games have the biggest market on PC so more people will have access to games even if you skip PS. when was the last time sony released their biggest exclusives on day 1 on pc or anything other than the walled garden you support. xbox exclusives are bad for the industry and Ps exclusives are good Bullshit again. Not a good thing to make big games exclusive. Let franchises grow as much as possible. Same goes for Final Fantasy and whatever games PlayStation is shoring up as exclusives. As for consolidation, I am guessing Sony buying SE will be a net positive. GP offering a good value to customers is also net positive. Looking at everything on case by case basis. Street Fighter V was exclusive only because M$ not only tried to mimic it but also put its entire strength behind promoting Killer Instinct. Spider-Man is no one’s personal property & everybody is free to license it & even other Marvel IPs & make their own take on it. FF14 was bound to come to Xbox anyway because it's an MMO - it thrives on higher player base. It should have come on Xbox long back As far as Sony or MS buying out major Japanese Devs are concerned- good luck with that. Most of them run gambling parlors as their main business, amusement parks and construction companies etc. on the side. They are not like Western devs who only develop video games.
