Ya, those games came out so late on PC after all hype and excitement died down, plus Sony charge full price for these old PS4 games. So low active player on Steam not surprising. If Sony releases games day and date on PC, then you will see PS exclusives beat or rival biggest PC games in terms of sales and active players.
