I don’t think the Xbox brand can ever revive itself in the ecosystem market let alone proprietary console. The amount of confidence ppl will lose after investing endlessly for decades in a digital library & then one fine day getting the feels that it has no future. GamePass will continue with separate much more expensive tier for Day1 games just like EA & Ubisoft. Other Third party games will not be a part of GamePass so Playstation won’t really have a problem in having it onboard it’s own storefront just like EAplay & Ubi+. M$ will finally make a lot of money in gaming. If they don’t run these studios to the ground by having Phil Spencer at the helm that is. MS destroyed the Xbox brand as major news agency of South Korea and EU are reporting without tagging it as rumour that Xbox games will appear on PS5. Playstation gamers in reality lost nothing & they are gaining nothing now. Bethesda & Acti-Blizz games were & will continue to be available for Playstation.
