PlayStation vs Xbox vs Nintendo thread

As I said day1(no pun intended) that buying studios & IPs worth of $90b+ & leaving them to die on a platform where nest to no one is actually spending money is like a financial harakiri!!

 

Let alone COD,Diablo,Overwatch ,Minecraft,Fallout,ElderScrolls,Doom…..I’ll be surprised if Starfield,HellBlade 2,Avowed remain exclusive.

 

No point even mentioning Blade & Indiana Jones as Disney owns them.

 

 

Only thing remaining to be really seen is what happens with Halo,Gears,Forza,Fable.

 

Will the unthinkable come to pass us by?!?!

I feel bad when the CEO didn't even mentioned how they are gonna fix Xbox low hardware issue instead being happy about "top publisher on PS"

 

Satya since start had zero trust in Xbox and he makes decision devoid of any emotion like an executive should I guess.

When Phill Convinced him to buy Bethesda it was surely about console wars.

Also initially they thought they could buy ABK & give all these GamePass for free & lure ppl into their ecosystem & then bam…..No more freebies & All content exclusively on Xbox.

 

But it surely backfired when first they lost COD exclusivity & then Cloud Streaming rights for entire ABK.

 

With having to give all these games for free on GamePass for unforeseeable future it made no business sense to support the idea whatsoever.

 

It’s a lot of investors money at stake now then just the measly Xbox business.

Nintendo has almost quit it.

Runs a hybrid handheld business.

 

M$ is releasing it’s own created IPs on PS & Nintendo,let alone acquired ones.

 

PS is a PC publisher now & most certainly it’s games will be available on next Open Source M$ device.

 

This is all over as far as any hardware ‘WAR’ is concerned.
