Issues people crying about is related to party and voice chat, i'm a hermit so the only thing i noticed is the UI is very sluggish now. Its not Sony but the people in your party who can record and send it to Sony. In any case PS and dabba PC don't come with inbuilt mic so you can avoid audio surveillance. For now. i couldn't care less about mic and party chat and all, i played UC4 some time ago, all was ok, so 8.00 isn't that bad of a clusterf**k.
