Also I got the Amazon Pay ICICI card based on my existing relationship with (the card I want to close). Since both cards share the limit, closing the one I want to, will that affect the Amazon card? Then on the left scroll down and there's an option for Raise a Service Request. On the following page, on the right is the option to fill out a small form to request closure. At this point, remember to select the card number you want to close out and then in the dropdown select Primary. I know the portal wrongly might show your amazon pay card as Primary. But in this case, you must select the card to closed, and the dropdown option as Primary (assuming you have no further add on cards dependent on the Primary of course). Hmmm yeah I’m expecting them to try. But feel very stupid paying 500 annually for this when every other card of mine is free. This is one of those coral cards that I got last time I was on IVG.
