sudeepg95
Amazon Pay ICICI - LTF - I have this one. Emeralde Private - Most sought after card that's probably the most rewarding premium card in India today - 12500 - Invite only, need prior relationship to be eligible apparently. There are a few other cards like Saphirro, Coral etc., however, there are just better cards out there.
LordSpymaster
Sapphiro is good only if it is LTF. ICICI bank offers that for many firms if you're employed by them. I thought I would never apply any more CCs but LTF for ICICI card, I needed it since lot of offers are not applicable on Amazon Pay ICICI. I am eligible and my company was listed there. I hope it truly is LTF.

I have Sapphiro for about 3+ years now and have only used if it there an offer on ICICI's card that is not available elsewhere, or if I want the BMS BOGO. dante77
Got a call from ICICI. Everything went smooth, guy says no KYC required. They're giving me dual variant Master card plus Amex version. Since all other cards I have are VISA. I am ok.

North
There is a HDFC to Maharaja Club Transfer bonus, I'm still weighing if worth it and how much to transfer over? I have a Regalia Gold though, wish it was one of the cards with a better ratio. Anyone else doing it?

ICICI rejected my application Reason is one liner, Details entered by me are inconsistent Went online and saw LinkedIn posts under ICICI, hundrests of users are waiting from January or more to get the card and no word from them. They all said, it's Scam, pulled credit info and then nothing. WTF! A big company like ICICI does that too!

North
Anyone have the Marriot Bonvoy HDFC card? have applied, the free night benefit is good enough for me to get it. but also - looking to book 4 nights at a Marriot, in Baku Azerbaijan. USD/local currency transaction. Should I book it with my forex card, making no points or use this card? Couldnt find relevant forex info anywhere. @KunjanPSD any idea? You are anyway paying fx charges when loading your forex card. So why not just pay the forex charges on Bonvoy and get something in return? That's assuming you don't have a better card like Axis Atlas or Amex Plat Travel where you can work towards your milestone as well.

I have the Fi debit card, so no forex markup as long as I keep 50k in the a/c. The exchange rate is also close to actual. So I could use that, or I could use the Bonvoy card and pay the forex charges. Just trying to understand whats better. at 3.5% plus GST, it would be an additional 1500 rupees on a 35K Marriot booking. at 8 points per 150 rupees, i'd get 1800 points. I guess i'll take the 300 point advantage? Am considering getting the Axis Atlas, but that I was planning for the next year as we close out the Axis Vistara card.
