There is no way to reach a human CC, and card is not getting authorised online as phone number is incorrect. Only way is to now go to a branch and see WTF can be done.

I have been talking to a brainless social media person on Twitter from Axis. They are asking me to send a screenshot. I am like BC kaisa screenshot ? Comprehension ki samajh hi nahi hai bc. Kya idiot log hai yaar. :(

No way except taking some time off and going to a branch. 

The social media guys are asking me to call CC number, which cannot authorise me since my number is wrong, and I don't even have a pin. 

And when I point it out, they say the same thing again. 

I mean, how dumb can you be ? :wallbash:

To be fair that's a tactic that would be exploited by scammers if they allowed access that easily

Arre bhai KYC le lo. Digital KYC kar lo. Aadhar le lo, PAN le lo. Send a field agent to verify again. 

Tons of options. Zero help.

I guess show the Twitter cc for the axis letter/form you received that displays the wrong number and another pic which shows valid proof for your original phone number?

I asked them this exact thing over DM. They asked to send screenshot of error on site. I was like which site ? I can't even activate. They gave me the CC numbers to call again. :wallbash:

That's f**king frustrating but totally in line with the fact that most of customer care is limited to a script. Anything off script turns into running in circles. :(

I have been trying to complete application for Amazon ICICI CC. Applying in the name of my mother because she already has an ICICI account but after I enter her office details and click continue, it shows an option for future communications address (either office or residential address) and no matter how many times I select residential and click continue, it shows "Something went wrong" and the application does not proceed further.

Any idea how to deal with this?

Yup, tried on phone and pc. Same issue.

Could be but my friends were able to complete the process while applying in someone else's name, this was a couple of months back and the Amazon CC guy didn't find it a problem because multiple people use a single account. Gotta wait.

It doesn't even allow me to change Aadhar and PAN, once you have added and verified it, you gotta stick with that number only.

Can't even check if the application will go through by applying in my own name. Stupid interface.
