Never played persona, are they good ?

If you're not into Japanese high school-life stuff and weird-y things happening in their lives that you, as the main character need to take care of, while maintaining relationships, then it's not for you.

Tried Persona for few minutes & as soon as turn based combat popped up I couldn’t stand it.

Maybe this game (BG3) might finally get me into this genre.
It’s the only genre available on consoles that I haven’t gotten into ever!!

Nothing to do with that.

One of few games in list that I would rate similar to its metascore.

It's on gamepass so no reason not to try it.

OMG... same here as well man! For the life of me I can't stand or get into turn-based combat! I have tried but I just can't get into it.

Pre-ordered the PS5 version last night. :fear1:

Looking forward to 2nd September! My first ever foray into D&D and a hardcore CRPG like this... It's out of my comfort zone and I know it's a gamble, but I'm approaching this with an open mind!

Let's see...

I think this game will get a lot of ppl into CRPGs just like The Witcher 3 got a lot of ppl into WRPGs.

It just has that mesmerising feel to it.

BG3 is way more complex than Witcher 3 though.

I am playing Witcher 3 right now, it's like, you simplify modern Assassin's Creed games, you will get the Witcher 3, basically.

Better late than never. Most immersive and addictive games are from this genre. This looks like a good one.

That’s what I said….it’s simplified by today’s standards because it got a lot of casual players into that design & developers got inspired.

Back in the day when it launched we used to call things like AC4 & FC4 simplified in comparison.

Witcher 3 was quite complex by those standards.

BG3 coming to Xbox.

Split screen feature to skip Series S, seems even MS engineers couldn't make it run on it. MS/Phil changed the parity policy.

Long loadtimes and Unstable frame rate with screen tearing on PS5.

BG3 its made for PC and PC only. Dont waste money buying it on console imo.

I plan to play on xbox, but will wait for directors cut, or whatever they end up calling it.

Fully patched and rebalanced.

This is exactly why I bought it for my decade old PC, but surprisingly it runs way better than I imagined. Smooth 60 fps gameplay on highest presets. I'm glad I bought it there. Even Armored Core 6 plays like a charm.
