Big Boss Posted April 2, 2021 Report Share Posted April 2, 2021 I too saw Godzilla vs Kong. The fighting was superb. Rest all was lol. Movie takes wayyyyy too many liberties but I am fine with that because it gave me 30 minutes of solid action which was clearly visible. And final battle happens in broad day light so kudos to the filmmakers. They didn't leave any stone unturned in delivering a massive CGI monster battle. Kong and Godzilla scenes were awesome. The visuals were fantastic too but everything else was terrible. All of the human stuff and plotlines were bad. The human storyline was excruciatingly bad, with zero stakes and zero tension. Millions of people died in those smashed buildings, but nobody cares for them. The protagonists - all of them - will always survive, with nary a scratch, even in hell. The CGI is epic. Kong's hair, Godzilla's scales, their eyes, emotions etc - just so good. dante77 Posted April 3, 2021 Report Share Posted April 3, 2021 I loved Godzilla vs Kingkong. Clean fights, clear winner, great CGI that is all I wanted. I think the creators listened to the community. Until the final act, I didn't like the fact the they made Kong a hero and given him much more screen time than Godzilla but it was very well compensated by Godzilla's clear win in a fair fight and I also loved that Mecha came after the conclusion of the fight.The fight sequences were awesome tooI think you guys expect too much from a movie like this.
