Don't quote me on this, but just my observation in the past and also the observation of my friends-  They'll message you 10 times a day, call you daily for random chit chat. Send random pics (self) during text chats, laugh at jokes, etc. As soon as they find someone better, no chats no calls. They'll start getting irritated at anything you say, finding excuses to get angry.

I guess this is what happens. 

 

But i wonder what vanga meant when he said critics don't know what happens in a "real relationship" and thus they are bashing the movie.

I think he just meant that relationships are complex. You just don’t give up on the person you love because of hiccups in relationship/marriage (like most online/reddit advice). You understand, talk, solve, compromise, change, and much more. Various shades of grey for everyone, nothing can be filled by a template.

this is from my college time and my 3 girlfriends with whom I had a relationships over various periods of time

 

Once my gf told me that whenever I was near her, her knickers would get wet. That was very flattering. This you could consider as a “lady” boner and an indicator of “love” or may be sexual love or even lust or whatever 

 

another time we were doing the deed, she climaxed as soon as my business touched hers just externally, no penetration. Another instance was when she climaxed in the first stroke itself. And boy did she climax hard, it was as if a mad-woman was having a massive stroke.

 

now these may be more physical or sexual examples of a woman in love. There are mental aspects also which would look like strong bonding and loyalty to partner etc…

I think he was referring to what was shown in the movie. I mean how women are treated in the movie. Maybe it was consensual. So I wanted to know if a woman in love let's you treat however you want to? Is that what the director meant when he said what he said @Big Boss?

Thanks for a detailed biological explanation. But in the context of the movie, does a woman in love allow you to treat her however you want to? Does she expect you to treat her like trash in bed and otherwise? What did the director mean exactly by his comment that the critics have not been in real relationships. I was not referrin to the biological stimulus a woman might get during fornication.
