Its like some titles are deliberately gimped. Examples - Daredevil/Jessica Jones - absolute dogshit, max 7.6 Mbps. Stranger Things/Our Planet - pretty good, 15.62 Mbps. They'll generally have bitrates of above 50 Mbps or so. The usual 4k HDR x265 stuff is hardly at 15-20 Mbps. Ofc, the remuxes will be big. Around 50 GB average. But so worth it. Remux is simply stripping video out, encoding with x264/265 and mixing it back with audio. x265 has better compression and smaller files without losing quality, but you need powerful HW to decode the stream. Edit: The EE 4k remuxes are still not out AFAIK. I saw a couple of files from relatively unknown groups, with sizes of about 105 GB per file. The bitrate is around 57 Mbps, but the blurays (full BD dumps) are around 80 Mbps or so. I'll wait and see if better remuxes will be out. I'm sure we will see multiple variants.
