No but you can buy out of region codes & purchase it from appropriate account & it will be playable on all other accounts.

Choose wisely as you have to provide account details. 
 

Also as soon as done remove guest login from his PS5 to keep his console safe.

Hey all hopefully my PS5 will come next month but I see that Mortal Kombat X is on PS Plus right now.

 

I think this will expire in 2 days and I won't be able to redeem it, so can I purchase the PS Plus now from the browser and redeem it to my library or do I need a playstation to do that?

You can add it to your library from PlayStation app.

You can get PSPlus now and redeem it through web page. 

Most of us don't have PSVR, yet we always add to library. If by any chance I do get a PSVR, there's quite a few games waiting for me.

 

Also, if it's just MKX you're worried about, then it's also part of PS Plus collection. You can add that to your library when you get the PS5. There's no time limit to redeem PS+ collection games as far as I know.

Don’t waste this month if you just want MKX 

it’s part of PS5 Collection anyway as said above. 
 

Better to subscribe next month & avail games of next & following month. 
If you feel there is nothing that interests you even in these months,wait for a month where you feel you want something to subscribe.

I guess I will subscribe to PS Plus as soon as I get the console so that I can start playing the PS+ collection games. I don't have any other games and not sure wheres the best place to purchase them

No, the upgrade is free for all. 

Just add  ps4 version to your library before the this month's PS+ redeeming time is over.

 

Enhanced edition can be added right away from webstore, ps5 not needed.
