This offer generally comes every year around this time. It actually came in Jan and Feb as well, that's when I bought it. So yes, you can buy now and let it expire then buy it again next year.

Or you can just stack codes in June-July sale.

Only reason to not stack and keep using the current offer year on year is that you never know when Sony jacks the price up.
