This kinda defeats the whole point of the lockdown.

Where exactly is this (specific) ?

These are migrant workers most with no place to stay and no income trying to get back to their villages. Some have been told to vacate the factories where they normally live.

Delhi/UP I think

“India has entered stage 3, which is community transmission, it is the beginning of this stage.”

“We are running short of time in preparing COVID-19 hospitals as the outbreak in India can happen any day in coming weeks and we do not have enough trained medical staff and COVID-19 hospitals yet,” he further added.

“The government is testing only those who have all three symptoms together, coughing, breathing problem and fever. If the patient is having only one of the symptoms then they will not be tested.”

Hmmmm. This sucks for them too, big time. At least most of them are wearing masks, but its gonna be a big problem if such crowds are infected. This thing spreads like wildfire.
Same goes for Muslim-dominant areas in cities like Delhi or Mumbai, if they do not abide by the lockdown regulations, they'll infect hordes of people.

If this virus turned people into zombies, we'd have the sequel to Days Gone right here .

Maybe. But if countries like UK and other countries do it, its probably because they saw indians doing it.

We might have copied it, but we gave it a twist and made it popular lmao.

I say everybody do it. Would be hysterical if it was a virus outbreak which truly united the world.

Should be more forthcoming in stead and trace all contacts he might have met.

Pull out all photographs from the wedding, that would be start point.

his mother is already positive.

They should have tested him immediately on arrival. Letting people self-quarantine does not seem like a good idea considering how easily people have been breaking it.

This news has already spread like wildfire in the community. Those who have attended the wedding all know by now. Maharashtra govt. needs to send 1000 odd test kits to Shastri nagar (govt.) hospital immediately. My cousin sister's brother&sister-in law were at the wedding and had to go to Thane to take a private test.

Photos of the wedding might not be available yet (other than those taken on phones), but they will have invitation lists, etc. at home. But any local slum kids etc. who attended uninvited might be hard to trace.

Ok. this guy is NOT on task-force. He is peddling this BS to get funding for his NGO-type mission.
India is not in stage-3, yet....

The home-quarantined has failed miserably.

Noone could be tested on arrival,  they can do only temperature check/full body thermal check.

The quick 10 mins test kit is yet to be shipped out of Korea.

Apologies then. Whether we are or are not in Stage-3 though is hard to determine I think

Day in Review:

- There is a rebellion brewing in Hubei

- Seeing these migrants walking back to their towns in UP, 400-500KM, it made me feel ashamed. We have failed them.

- Chinese agents have bought Medical supplies from Australia/Canada/Spain/Checz in large quantities and smuggled back to China

- 80% Chinese test kits are defective, show False negative

- Spain/US bleeding, city like NY doesn't have place to keep dead bodies.

- Today, we had biggest DoD increase

Situation is looking grim for humanity, China has f**ked us bad,
