the preparation was not difficult, I used VahChef's recipe and it turned out really good. I used instantpot instead of the standard pressure cookers.

Biryani, Shikampuri Kebabs & Haleem is what defines Hyderabad cuisine.


They know their meats really well.

If it was not tedious to prepare this is the best option.

 

idk about haleem from Hyderabad proper, but haleem in bombay seems to be mostly wheat and dal with miniscule amounts of mutton :rofl:

Pretty sure it wouldn't be that simple for me. (We managed to mess up even a ready to eat cake mix as well by overheating :P

We added more mango to it. instead of mangoes, we added mango puree. It blend it better.

Are you allowed to reheat food at home? If so then its okay. Just put food into another container, throw away original packing, wash hand, then reheat the food. You should be good.
