If asking me, 1. Find tender meat by going to a couple of vendors by selecting pink and soft mutton (this is actually very crucial, doesn't matter for chicken) 2. Marinate in yoghurt, fried onions and grounded spices and herbs. 3. Stir fry in lots of ghee with whole spices. 4. Cook meat 70% in the ghee and taste and season accordingly. 5. Add 75% cooked rice - layering with fried onions, coriander, mint and topping with ghee. (Saffron and Dry fruits as well but don't always have them but worth it for mutton Biryani) 5. Dum for 30 minutes. Edited September 22, 2020 by GunnerY2J

Marinate chicken in stuff vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, red chilli, oregano, pepper : Must ingredients Extra : (Even slight garam masala tastes good) ^ Experiment. Tomato can be used instead of sauce or any red sauce. Put in a vegetable you like along. Some olive oil. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Eat, tastes juicy. Want some crisp ? add cornflour/maida mixture - more conflour makes it more soft and chilli chicken like, more maida makes it crispy. Went with more cornflour and deep fried it. Want even more crisp ? use maida, eggwash and raw grinded bread. Eat with mayo and raw cabbage mix. Same thing, can make multiple things. Hey man, at least you've been consistently making good non veg food for the past few months while I've just been waiting around forever to go back to KFC. I mean, I've been having non veg, but no luck with fried chicken. You don't need to edit photos as much, as that may give a wrong image if you accidentally over-edit. Would recommend you click pictures from a bit further away, and not that close up, with more light if you can manage it. You don't have to ofc, just my two cents.
dylanjosh
Yeah I agree. The close up is too much.
GunnerY2J
Close up is too much ? What to show if not the food. Mainly, my phone doesn't have enough clearity to show any detail from not close. And agree with the light, i should switch on more lights, although only white light sources which doesn't do any good. Just saying though, (not much related to food), i do prefer to live in dark, thts why maybe don't realise it. North
Yeah, thats part of it. We're all dwellers of the dark man, thats part of the package when you pick up a controller lol Anyway, I would recommend to click pictures in more light, adding in exposure(fake light) via editing will distort the image. Also, try taking pictures from a little further away from the subject (food in this case). I think your camera might just surprise you. But its mostly about eating and enjoying food, you do you man

I don't even know to make tea xD Man if that doesn't boost confidence, idk what will. Have fun cooking

Don't have an open friendly/attractive personality. Other things are unrelated, Although yes, confident at football and cycling and have good aura in them. playstationdude
I've seen you consume a lot of Mutton. While the dish looks tasty, isnt mutton linked to colon cancer and other diseases? Curious cause I avoid red meat for the same reason. 1
